Node of measurement of an expense and amount of natural gas with quality control as a part of GIS

• the block of measuring pipelines with established in it by converters of a gas rate (PR) with straight sections, and also pressure sensors and converters of temperature which are included in an equipment package of system of measurement of a gas rate;
• the quality control block with established in it by an analytical equipment - gages of qualitative characteristics of natural gas;
• automatic control system of GIS (SAU GIS).
• the block building operator with life support systems;
• set of shutoff valves with electric drives.

The block of measuring pipelines includes in the structure:

• expense converters (the main and duplicative) as which both the quick-changeable contractions (QCC) and ultrasonic converters of an expense (UZPR) are used;
• pipelines of working and reserve IT with the straight sections located directly before and after expense converters;
• shutoff valves of IT with an electric air or electric actuator;
• auxiliary equipment and devices (UPP or straightening vanes, sampling probes, equipment of PILES, etc.).
• the modular building or module container for placement of PR with straight sections, and also the sensors and converters which are included in an equipment package of system of measurement of a gas rate;

As the main converter of an expense UZPR Flowsic 600 with straight sections of the measuring pipeline is used. Calculators of an expense "Superflou-21B", Floboss 107, Floboss 600, etc. complete with converters of pressure and thermoconverters are used to the definition of a volume expense and volume of gas specified to standard conditions. For the organization of duplicative system of calculation of a gas rate on each IT two sets of converters of pressure and converters of temperature with cross connection to calculators are used.
The block of quality control includes in the structure:

• the block - the container instrument for placement of sensors and converters of gages of the qualitative characteristics of natural gas which are included in GIS equipment package the industrial PGC 90.50 chromatograph the Chromatograph provides measurement of component structure of PG, and also calculation of gas density in standard conditions, the specific heat of combustion and Vobbe's number according to GOST 31371.7 — 2008 "Natural gas. Definition of structure by method of a gas chromatography with an uncertainty assessment" and GOST 31369 — 2008 "Calculation of combustion heat, density, relative density and Vobbe's number on the basis of component structure". Systems of sampling, sample preparation and the line of giving of tests of gas of the chromatograph is executed according to GOST 31370 — 2008 "Natural gas. Guide to sampling." the dew point analyzer on moisture and hydrocarbons. As analyzers of a dew point it is used Kong-Prima analyzers or the stream laser analyzer of the SS 2200 series. Two-channel execution of the analyzer allows to define in addition hydrogen sulfide trace contaminants in gas
• the analyzer of sulfur-containing connections on the basis of model of the PGC 90.50 chromatograph with the electrochemical detector provides measurement of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans from 1 to 100.000 ppmv;

• SAU GIS is intended for ensuring the automated performance of functions of collecting, processing, display, registration of information on accounting of gas and control of its qualitative characteristics, and also for ensuring safe functioning of the equipment of GIS. SAU GIS has multi-level hierarchical structure and provides performance of the following functions:
• Automatic detection of an expense and amount of the natural gas given to standard conditions.
• Automatic measurement of component composition of gas, heating capacity of gas, density under normal conditions, with data transmission in calculators of an expense.
• Automatic temperature measurement of a dew point on water and hydrocarbons.
• Control of content of sulfur-containing connections in gas.
• Forming and transfer on the top level of management of reports on an expense and quantity, quality indicators of gas.
• Remote control of shutoff valves of IT, automated management of processing equipment.
• Automatic self-diagnostics of a complex of hardware components.
• Management of systems of antiemergency protection and life support of GIS block boxes.

The SAU GIS software and hardware complex is placed in the block building of operator and includes in the structure:

• Cabinet of calculators in which PLK SAU GIS with modules of input-output, blocks of approval and calculators, the interface blocks of analyzers of humidity is established;
• PAZ system cabinet in which secondary devices of an automatic system of the fire warning and fire extinguishing and monitoring systems of a gas contamination are mounted;
• The cabinet is distribution in which automatic machines of protection of chains, UZO, modules of lighting protection of chains of power supply are mounted;
• The rack is operator in which the automated workplace industrial computer of the operator (the main and reserve) and the uninterruptible power supply unit with a set of rechargeable batteries is mounted.
