Metrological certification of systems of gas
The department of consulting services – renders high-quality, professional, competent and competitive services in the solution of the problems connected with objects of consulting in the sphere of technical regulation and metrology:
- the methodical and consulting help in development and preparation of necessary materials for passing of the procedure of accreditation test and testing laboratories according to ST of RK ISO/MEK 17025, GOST ISO/MEK 17025;
- metrological and technical maintenances of measuring systems of quantity and indicators of quality of oil (SIKN), the systems of measurement of a consumption of gas (SMCG) at a design stage, statements of type or metrological certification according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- development of techniques of performance of measurements for the oil and gas sector, in the field of ecology, the chemistry providing results of measurements with the required error and reproducibility, certification in authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- work according to type or metrological certification of the measuring instruments which are subject to entering into the Register of GSI of RK.
The department of rendering metrological services renders services in registration of measuring instruments in the register of the state system of ensuring unity of the measurements of the Republic of Kazakhstan applied in the sphere of the state metrological control.
The department renders services in registration of measuring instruments in the register of GSI of RK in full, excepting the customer from authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing reference base for conducting pilot studies of measuring instruments, development of programs of tests for the statement like measuring instruments, programs of metrological certification of measuring instruments, techniques of checking and programs of certification of the test equipment and other intermediate requirements of public authorities, before obtaining documents by the customer of a full package by results of tests for use of a measuring instrument in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The department renders services in registration of measuring instruments in the register of GSI of RK being guided by the following national standards and interstate agreements:
- the statement like measuring instruments on ST of PK 2.21-2007 "An order of carrying out tests for the purpose of the statement like measuring instruments";
- metrological certification of measuring instruments on ST of PK 2.30-2007 "An order of carrying out metrological certification of measuring instruments;
- obtaining permissions to application of foreign standard samples on ST of PK 2.79-2004 "Standard samples of structure and properties of substances and materials of foreign release. An admission order to application. Basic provisions";
- certification of the test equipment for ST of PK 2.75-2009 "Order of carrying out certification of the test equipment";
- recognition of results of tests and the statement of type, checking, metrological certification of measuring instruments on PMG06-2001.
